Spring Wine Dinner Featuring Canalicchio di Sopra

Join us on March 21st for our Spring Wine Dinner featuring the wines of Canalicchio di Sopra, alongside winemaker Francesco Ripaccioli (menu coming soon).

Dinner will begin at 6:30pm, featuring wines including 2016 Rosso di Montalcino, 1994, 1995, 2000, 2004, 2006, 2009, and 2013 Brunello di Montalcino, and 2007 and 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. $350 per person (does not include tax or gratuity).

About the Winemaker

Canalicchio established a reputation for elegant, traditional Brunellos made exclusively from vineyards on the appellation's north side, in the prestigious Canalicchio and Montosoli crus. Today, the estate produces about 6,000 cases a year from 50 acres of Sangiovese all classified for Brunello di Montalcino. 

Now 32, Francesco has established himself as one of Italy’s best young winemakers. With 12 vintages under his belt and an eye towards the future, Francesco continues to push the limits of quality Sangiovese.
